Weapon Room: Fabarm S.A.T. 8 Pro
Friends!
Today we'll tell you about the shotgun Fabarm S.A.T. 8 Pro and its gold version, which can be obtained from an early access pack.
Fabarm S.A.T. 8 Pro
Combat shotguns figure prominently in the weapons systems of armies and law enforcement agencies across the globe. They are used to carry out special assignments in police operations and local conflicts. One of the most illustrious representatives of this type of weapon is the Fabarm S.A.T. 8 Pro from Italy.
Weapons development has always depended on the political situation. After World War II, Fabarm was banned from producing combat weapons, since it had supplied them to the losing side. The production capacity of their factory was directed instead toward making hunting rifles and filling orders for Benelli and Beretta.
Only in the early '90s did the company return to the global combat weapons market under its own brand name, engaging in research and development for the military and security industries. This is clearly why the Fabarm S.A.T. 8 Pro semi-automatic shotgun ended up being so multifunctional: it is used by law enforcement agencies in special operations, is well-suited for self-defense, and has found popularity among recreational hunters.
The distinguishing feature of the Fabarm S.A.T. 8 Pro is its high reliability. The gun's automatic is not sensitive to dirt, and its patented Pulse Piston system, which uses a self-regulating friction brake, ensures consistent operation with various types of ammo. The forend and butt of the gun stock are made from impact-resistant plastic.
The shotgun is fitted with a tube magazine with a capacity of eight 12-caliber rounds. A special extender can be installed to increase its capacity. The Fabarm S.A.T. 8 Pro is developed for dynamic shooting: there are no moving parts on the butt plate that could change the center of gravity while the gun is being used.
The Weapon in the Game
In the game, the Fabarm S.A.T. 8 Pro is available in both its original model as well as a gold version, which is distinguished by its usual luxurious look and slightly increased stats.
The stats of both shotguns are good, with impressive damage and an excellent rate of fire and range. Its only shortcoming is low accuracy when shooting in aiming mode or from the hip. The guns have two slots for modifications with a large selection of attachments. The shotguns are good for medics who aren't afraid to plunge into a swarm of enemies — after all, the closer your opponent is, the more effective these guns are!
If you eliminate 10,000 and 25,000 enemies with the ordinary model, you'll unlock the Modular Combat and Advanced Modular Combat achievements. And if you eliminate 999 opponents with the gold version, you'll get the Gold Monogram.
By the way, you can only get the gold version from early access packs. There will never be another opportunity to get it!
