“Heat” Event: Compensation for Technical Issues

Hi everyone!

After the installation of the “Heat” event update on February 8th, you might face technical issues in the game such as 3PCs and crashes. We managed to mitigate some of them, but we do realize that it’s hard to have fun when the game crashes for no obvious reason. We apologize for this and appreciate your patience and support while we were working on the hotfix.  

We still see an increased number of crashes in event matches. So we decided not to prolong the event. It consumes a lot of VRAM causing the majority of those crashes, especially on low-end consoles. We’ll take this into account for future events in this game mode, but at the moment we don’t have a quick fix. 

To make up for the inconvenience that some of you faced after the event launch, we’ll start distributing compensation on February 29th. Be sure to log into the game before maintenance on March 14th to get the items. They’ll be granted directly to your inventory.
