Hard Rock update - Known Issues

Friends!
Some of you might have experienced in-game issues after the “Hard Rock” update installation. We appreciate your reports, and we want to reassure you that our team is working hard to mitigate these problems as soon as possible. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your support.
Here is the list of the known issues and their status:

| PVE: Heavy gunner and Mech don’t take damage | The issue is being investigated at the highest priority |
| Gorgon body skins: hairs are displayed incorrectly | The hotfix is on the way |
| Localization: incorrect training commands in the safe house | The hotfix is on the way |
| Localization: incorrect description of the “Hidden War” gear | The hotfix is on the way |
| Some charms are bugged | The hotfix is on the way |
| Loading screen is bugged in some rooms | The issue is being investigated |
| The rank icons might be displayed incorrectly in some cases (showing rank 1) | The issue is being investigated |
| Disconnects in Ranked Matches | Working on a fix |
